Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies








Oatmeal Cranberry White Chocolate Chunk Cookies


Ingredients :
- 2/3 cup butter/margarine, softened -
- 2/3 cup brown sugar -
- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned oats -
- 1 1/2 cups flour -
- 1 tsp. baking soda -
- 1/2 tsp. salt -
- 2 large eggs -
- 1 cup dried cranberries -
- 2/3 cup white chocolate chips -

How to Prepare :
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Using an electric mixer, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffly.
3. add aggs, mix well.
4. In another bowl, combine all other ingredients, mix well.
5. Gradually start adding the dry ingredients to the butter, sugar, and eggs mixture. (I usually do this in 3 additions). Mix well.
6. On an ungreased cookie sheet, place heaping teaspoonfuls of batter about 1 inch apart on each side.
7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and delicious!
8. Cool on wire rack.
(makes about 2 1/2 dozen cookies)
